Verify on the official site
Settlement administrators, courts, and government agencies are the authoritative sources for eligibility, deadlines, claim forms, and proof requirements. Always click through to the official settlement or refund site identified in each match and confirm:
- that the settlement or refund program is still accepting claims;
- the current deadline (these change and are sometimes extended);
- the eligibility window (dates, products, geography);
- any documentation you must upload or mail.
We do not file claims
SettlementScan does not automatically submit claim forms on your behalf. We never sign documents for you, never act as your representative with a settlement administrator or government agency, and never accept payment in your name.
